We had a super stay at this hotel. The staff treated us like VIPs and even upgraded us to a suite. They were incredibly friendly and took care of all our needs, including organizing a Halong Bay cruise and taking care of our laundry. The room was comfortable with a very comfy bed, and we loved that they provided lots of free snacks and daily fruits. The location was also great, as it was easy to get around by motorbike or car due to its proximity to the main highway. excellent service, friendly staff, and great amenities made our stay here fantastic.
